خلاصه‌ی کوتاه: داده‌هایت مال خودت است. فقط چیزی را نگه می‌داریم که برای کار کردن روتینک لازم است، اصل داده‌ها روی سرورهای داخل ایران است، به هیچ‌کس فروخته نمی‌شود، برای تبلیغات استفاده نمی‌شود و هر وقت بخواهی از آن خروجی می‌گیری یا حذفش می‌کنی. بعضی امکانات اختیاری (هوش مصنوعی، تبدیل صدا به متن، جستجوی وب، گوگل) برای انجام کار، بخش لازم داده را به سرویس‌دهنده‌ی مربوط می‌فرستند؛ همه‌اش در ادامه با جزئیات آمده است.

ما محتوای تو را جز در این موارد نمی‌خوانیم: (۱) خودت برای رفع مشکلی آن را با پشتیبانی در میان بگذاری، (۲) برای جلوگیری از حمله یا سوءاستفاده‌ی آشکار لازم باشد، یا (۳) حکم یا دستور کتبی مرجع قضایی صالح آن را بخواهد.

اگر روزی بخشی از روتینک به شخص یا شرکت دیگری منتقل شود (مثلاً در ادغام یا واگذاری)، این سیاست همراه داده‌ها منتقل می‌شود و پیش از هر تغییر در نحوه‌ی استفاده از داده‌هایت خبرت می‌کنیم.

Privacy Policy (English)

Last updated and effective: 22 October 2026. This English version has the same meaning as the Persian policy above; if they differ, the Persian text prevails.

Routinak (روتینک, “we”) is a personal planner for tasks, reminders, habits, goals, journaling, focus, personal finance and nutrition, available at app.routinak.com, app.routinak.ir, the Routinak Android app and routinak.com. Routinak is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

  • Account: your mobile number (sign-in and security), a salted scrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID, name and email address. Optional profile details you enter (name, gender, birth date, height, weight, family members and their dates) and an optional profile picture.
  • Your content: tasks, reminders, habits, goals, focus sessions, journal and mood, finance and nutrition entries, occasions, attachments, saved recommendations, settings, and your conversations with the assistant and coach.
  • Payments: plan, amount, time, status, reference ID and the masked card number returned by the payment gateway. Full card details are entered only on the bank gateway’s page and never reach us.
  • Technical data: IP address, request times and paths, browser or device type and error logs, used only for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting; web push subscription details if you enable browser notifications. We use no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or trackers.
  • Location (optional): only if you ask the weather feature to find your city; coordinates are used once on our server to find the nearest city and are not stored.
  • Support: messages you send to our support bot on Bale or by email.

Sensitive data

Mood, journal entries, weight, height and nutrition can be sensitive personal data under Iranian law (Electronic Commerce Act, Art. 58). Entering them is optional; by entering them you give explicit consent for us to store and process them only to show them to you, build your charts and reports and, if you use smart features, personalize answers. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting that data or your account.

AI, speech-to-text and web search

  • Only when you use a smart feature (assistant, smart capture, coach, day planning, journal reflection, finance review, food recognition from text or photos, travel ideas, or movie/series/book recommendations, including the daily recommendations card while it is enabled), the request and a relevant summary of your data are sent for processing through an Iranian AI gateway (GapGPT) to language models such as Google Gemini, which may process it outside Iran. Your phone number, email and password are not sent; your first name may be included.
  • Audio you record or choose for transcription is sent, without your account identity, to Google’s speech recognition service (or, as a fallback, to Google Gemini through Routinak’s speech service). It is not stored on our servers; until you add the text it stays only on your device (up to 30 days).
  • If the assistant needs fresh information, a short search query derived from your question (without your name or number) is sent to a search engine or AI search service, and sources are shown under the answer.
  • We do not provide your data to anyone for training AI models. Retention by AI and speech providers is governed by their own terms. You can turn smart features off in Settings → AI; the rest of the app works without them.

Assistant memory and behavior insights

The assistant remembers lasting facts you tell it. Once a day, on our own server and without sending data to any AI provider, Routinak derives a few general insights from your last 90 days of activity (for example your most productive hours or a habit that has become harder) to personalize your own answers and recommendations. You can view and delete each item in the assistant’s Memory; deleted insights are not recreated. These insights are never used for advertising, sale or decisions about you.

Service providers

We do not sell your data. Only what is necessary reaches: Liara (hosting, database and storage, Iran); ArvanCloud (encrypted backups, Iran); sms.ir (sign-in codes, Iran); Zarinpal (payments, Iran); Bale (support bot, Iran); GapGPT and AI model providers such as Google Gemini (smart features, Iran and abroad); Google speech recognition (abroad); a search engine or AI search service (abroad); Google sign-in and Calendar (optional, abroad); browser push services by Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft (encrypted notification content, abroad); the Iran Meteorological Organization and IMDb/Open Library (no personal data).

Google user data

  • Sign in with Google uses the openid, email and profile scopes only to identify your account.
  • Google Calendar is optional and only connected when you choose to. With the calendar.events and calendar.calendarlist.readonly scopes Routinak (1) lists your calendars so you can choose which ones to show, (2) shows your events next to your tasks in Routinak’s calendar view, (3) creates or deletes events that you create or delete in Routinak, and (4) if you enable it, adds your timed tasks to your calendar as events.
  • Calendar events are read on demand and displayed; they are not stored on our servers. We store only the OAuth refresh token (encrypted with AES-256-GCM) and the IDs of events created from your own tasks. Google Calendar data is never sent to AI providers.
  • We do not sell Google user data, do not share it with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
  • You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Account; the token is then revoked at Google and deleted from our servers. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Routinak’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention

Your account and content are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleted attachments are purged from storage within 30 days; encrypted backups rotate over at most 14 nights. Sign-in codes expire within 10 minutes; sessions last 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax and commercial laws require. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Security

HTTPS everywhere with strict security headers; the database is reachable only from the server’s private network; passwords hashed with scrypt; calendar tokens and backups encrypted with AES-256; signed, short-lived attachment links; protection against password guessing and bulk requests; strict separation between accounts; role-based, least-privilege staff access with audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; if a security incident puts your personal data at risk we will notify you promptly in the app or by SMS.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data in the app, request a full copy, delete individual items yourself, and request deletion of your account and all data by contacting support; deletion is completed within 7 business days after verification (except payment records required by law). You can withdraw consent for smart features, notifications, location and Google access at any time. We disclose user data only under a written order of a competent judicial authority.

Children

Routinak is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must also consent to any purchase.

Changes and contact
